I've read Jordan & Zach wanting to keep both Naeha (as a target for the guys) & Graig (target for the girls) in the house to keep eyes off them but I don't think Jordan has an conversations with Kevin as for as future targets.
That's one of the reason why I hate instant eviction beside not having a POV, the HOH doesn't have any time to strategize

He'll probably stick with the safe nominees Naeha & Brittnee
