From what I know Rih was supposed to release the album as a surprise along with FourFiveSeconds, but she wasn't satisfied of the whole product so she decided to re-record it and release 45S in the meantime.
Bitch Better Have My Money is a new song she recorded like 1 month ago, so it belongs to the new bunch of recorded tracks and it represents better that 45S the direction the album is gonna take.
We probably won't hear Promised, Ehh, Burritos, Not My Fault, Ignite Me and Where I Belong, since she decided to remove 'em from the final tracklist. My source also told me that a very special collab is gonna happen quite soon, she gave us a very BIG hint in the #TIDAL livestream video, go check it out...
She's still in the studio but she's almost done. The album is supposed to be released on Tidal + iTunes in 30/40 days, and then be physically released two weeks later. I'm expecting it at the end of April, but we'll see
Unfortunately, the fact that "American Oxygen", a song recorded over a year ago, will be featured on R8 (it's confirmed) is proving you wrong.
Also, no one source will ever give so much informations & details on R8 to a fan. Besides Rihanna, only Jay Brown, Ty Ty, Kuk Harrell, Omar Grant, Jenn, Melissa and maybe a few others know the plans. And everything has been kept secret till now and that won't change.
Oh and we knew that Burritos, Ehh, etc. won't be on the album, just look at the titles.

Because the pic used for BBHMM's single artwork is from the album packaging shot last December. If Rihanna had scrapped the entire album and changed its sound / concept, I doubt she would be using the photoshoot of the 'scrapped album'. She also used the braille thing again.

And also she released 45S AFTER she decided to re-record the album, so she already had the whole braille concept in mind, it's not like the previous version of the album would have fitted it better than this new one.

And according to that radio guy, Ignite Me & Where I Belong are the same song.
