Ok so how do I go about making sure that my 9 monthly points go towards dragging Iggy for flamebait? As opposed to getting just 4 chances to drag her every 2 months for trolling? Like 9 times in one month >>>> 4 times in 2 months. You know what I mean?

It usually takes between 1-3 days. If they're discussing your case, it'll probably take longer.
