People said Nicki would be outselling J. Cole on the charts and that his sales were frontloaded. Fast forward to March 2015, and J. Cole is still outselling Nicki Minaj. Why?

Who cares, Iggy is now the queen of rap outselling both.
I'm impressed with some of Ludacris' youtube views, I expected them to be real low because of his era... but at the same time I'm not because he's like the male Missy when it comes to vids.
he's the best
i went through a session two weeks where i had Stand Up on repeat
Inside the Urban community, her impact is overrated honestly.
Outside the Urban community, and in the general world -- her impact is done wrong, and not given enough praise though.
HOW? 99% of why she's important has to do with R&B/Hip Hop. She was not a huge thing on Pop mainstream until "Try Again" and then her third era was not big with the Pop crowd either I can admit that.

"Stand Up" is my jam.
As important and major as Drake, Kendrick and J. Cole are to the new generation, they still don't have a "One More Chance," "California Love," "Nuthin' But a G Thang," "Big Poppa," etc.

I wasn't referring to the Pop crowd in general. Overall, outside of black people she's barely mentioned, if ever, and isn't really appreciated.
But she is VERY overrated in the black community. This girl in my class said she would've been the next Michael Jackson if she still was alive. But I hate when people use her being overrated because her death to discredit her, when every singer who dies becomes overrated.
