The bullet indicates the difference between this week's spins and last week's spins in total.

The reason why we need it is because the spins increase / decrease can only give us a comparison between the current day and the same day of the previous week, not the entire previous week. So, without the bullet, we wouldn't know if the song is slowing down or accelerating and we wouldn't be able to make predictions.

Btw, despite the massive bullet decrease, Tove still has the second highest bullet of the songs in her spins range, so we shouldn't panic by any means.

The entire all access chart is a 7-day tracking system comparing the current day to the same day of the previous week.

Spins increase or decrease measures how many more or less spins the song received on the current day compared to the exact number of spins it had on the same day last week

The bullet measures how many more or less spins the song has received in the current week up until the current day compared to the previous week up unti the respective day.

I know it's not easy to process, so you can just remember that spins +/- just shows you increase or decrease, while bullet shows you the speed of the increase and decrease, which is very useful.
