I think Teenage Dream (the song) will be looked at more fondly years down the road than any Gaga song, but Gaga's catalog as a whole will have more long-term respect than Katy's will.

I really don't know. I prefer Gaga so of course I will think she'll be more timeless.
No offense but you perform at the Superbowl if you have hits that can still appeal to the people and considering Katy has been chosen to play all her hits it makes me think that she has the timeless ones.
Katy has OOTB + some songs on TD while Gaga has TFM + some songs on BTW so I think it really depends on their next respective efforts because the follow-ups to both of their albums aged horribly (TD/P & A).
Katy needs to abandon her old producers team and Gaga needs to find her magic with Redone again.
