I don't think she's Model Pretty. She just kinda has this look about her. Kinda Ethereal. She has pretty eyes, a pretty face as well, and a nice body. I think there have been prettier stars but she's definitely up there.
With great makeup and styling Katy can look great but they get it wrong so often, I feel like at the Grammys with Russell was the best she's ever looked, despite the cheap, tacky dress. If Rih really cared about her she'd get her a better stylist

I mean I kinda agree. I think the Grammy's this year she looked Nice despite the Weird Purple Hair color. I LIVED for Katy's style during OOTB, and a small part of TD era. When she has black hair and she keeps it simple she's stunning.
