It definitely sounds like a classic. Probably thanks to the Cher meets Bruce delivery.
It's also one of her most versatile songs because it can be a legit piano ballad (not just an acoustic version), have the synths replaced by a band for rock, and obviously be it's original dance/pop version...which isn't so dancey that it's dated.
I definitely consider TEOG as her top 3 with Bad Romance and Poker Face.
