The one thing that's lukewarm for me on this album is the ballads. They don't even have half the power of Numb, Obsessions, Teen Idle, Robot and even Valley of the Dolls. They're still amazing and all, but it's not quite it.

yes this is what im saying
the songs are really good
but teen idle lyrics are flawless
the fact Marina can write songs like that on her own is amazing.
and shows how capable and powerful she is of writing songs on her own

In my eyes Weeds to me is the Valley Of The Dolls of the album aka quite dull HOWEVER VOD took about 2.5 years to grow on me and I find myself liking Weeds slightly already so there is still hope for it yet!
