Ciara looks good in the new "I Bet" video, but I don't know why her face looks manish sometimes. Maybe it was the big over-flowing transgender-looking hair. (Quick question: Are drag queens transgendered or not?) Ciara with short hair makes her looks so much more feminine (and edgy without being try-hard, like Miley Cyrus or Scarlett Johansson.)
