Something got posted in my school newspaper about non-binary gendered people (in support of them) and my school which I thought was really liberal is going off about it. I really don't get the problem, I mean, think about who's being more hurtful: the non-binary gendered person or you, who's saying a bunch of rude stuff. This kind of stuff makes me feel very uneasy.
I don't want my school to ever talk about how open-minded we are again if a single opinion piece in the school newspaper about non-binary people can get others so angry. Next time someone tries to spew that "we're so accepting" crap I am shutting them down.
