Also with full custody you don't need to legally inform your ex if you're taking your kids for vacations or going to other city, etc. You just need to cover the scheduled visits and all that and that's it.

That is how it works. Only visitations on the weekends. That obviously wasn't the case with Britney, since they had joint custody, which aside from being the norm for most divorced couples with children, is more conducive to a healthy relationship with both parents. And, as Kevin confirmed, both him and Britney are in a good place.
