There was no feud with Cher, Whitney, or Prince.

The Courtney Love feud wasn't a real one either. It was just Courtney being the Avril Lavigne of her time.

Janer was bitter at Madonna. Elton is bitter at Madonna. Madonna was bitter at Mariah. Madonna was annoyed by Gaga's thieving ways.

Still sold more records than the "surprise release" and won a Grammy for its body of work. Didn't need a re release to scan 3.8M either.
