The fact that the episode CeCe leaves, there are no A endings for four episode straight, starting with 5x01. And when A returns in 5x05, they just moved into an apartment after being gone.

Why are you all still on the Cece is A theory. It's obviously not her. A was seen in the last episode shredding their social security card named Paul Varjack, Paul, so obviously A is a guy.
Add that to the spoiler of Charles, and it's pretty obvious what A's gender is.
