Thats something I noticed anyways. I mean its become so apparent that Bey is the reason most female musicians present themselves nowadays on stage like they do. Just think about it, before Bey there was almost no woman who danced + sang at the same time, executed it with fierceness and intriguiging outfits. When you look at todays female musicians, most of them try to dance and sing at the same time (Katy does it although she didnt start that way, Taylor does it although she didnt start that way, Rihanna does it obviously cause in the beginning she used to be a Bey clone, Ariana does it although she didnt start that way, etc.). Her impact is groundbreaking if one thinks about it for a second.
