She continues: “You’re still categorized — you’re still either a virgin or a *****. If you’re a certain age, you’re not allowed to express your sexuality, be single, or date younger men.” Now in her 50s, Madonna has become a cougar virtuoso, cycling through three male-model boyfriends under the age of 30 in less than four years. This is behavior, Madonna points out, for which “a man would never be questioned or criticized.” Madonna seems to be thinking primarily of straight men: Grand old queens with a taste for youth, like Liberace — or Stephen Fry — might empathize with Madonna’s predicament.

No, it's not.
A man can be raped.
But only a black person, can be killed because of the color of his or her skin and only a gay person can be killed because of his sexuality. So no, rape ((of white) women)although it is a hateful crime, does not fit the legal definition of "hate crime".

Women have job protections in most of the Western world, they can't be fired for being women. Women are not prohibited from marriage simply for being women. Women arent turned away from bakeries because they want to get a cake made simply because they are female. Women dont have to pretend to be men or else they risk losing their sponsorship deals and see their careers go down the drain. She may not be trying to belittle the prejudice against gays, but she's doing a fine job of it.
