I haven't seen either of those shows (is it either or neither?), but I know both shows are terrible. But at least with "Empire," I get the sense you can be briefly entertained at the tacky over-the-topness of it all, where as with Nashville, it's probably just boring white people who think they're clever and interesting, like "Revenge" on ABC.
Didn't Lucious FORCE Jamal and Olivia to get married to cover Jamal's sexuality? Jamal said he only had sex with Olivia once. Granted it only takes one time, I think that was foreshadowing. Along with the fact that that Olivia just ran off and left the child after we saw her for like five seconds on the end of an episode. Where is the proof that Jamal is the father? Lucious would do anything to control his sons' lives, even pass his own child off as his gay son's child.

I figured they would stick with the storyline and let the little girl be Jamal's or get a DNA test to prove him not the father and expose Olivia as a gold digging hoe.
But anything can happen I wouldn't be surprised if Luscius slept with that girl and that's why she left town
Their chips and tea aren't terrible though.
It's been amazingly consistent this season.
