I feel as though if we grab a new host, that would delay it. It took 6 days to get an official word on it, imagine what would happen if we tell them we have a different host  It's not that I wouldn't mind but I want to get this thing on the go ASAP (  )

Second, we should have all gotten together to plan this beforehand.
I did tell stereo.love days before we even signed up (maybe later than that, I'm not sure) that what we need to do, as to help the host is... Since Shania has such broad discography, instead of sending everything to the host, have one take two albums, and the other takes the other two and the etc. tracks (like the GH tracks and what not). If we did that, then those two can get together to discuss what the averages per track should be.
I think I may be coming off a bit bitchy, but I've never experienced a Shania rate and am very excited for it.

It was a spur of the moment thing, but I think it got hesitated and we all got caught up in the excitement and said 'yes sign up now!'. now we're stuck in the middle of nowhere on this. stereo.love thought the idea I had about the separating the albums thing was a good one, but I think we needed to figure out who. I feel as though now that we are in the middle of nowhere, we should really got on the ball about planning.

I think we shoulnt separate the diff. versions tbh. Just vote rate your fav version like this in your pm:

Agreed, only send in the version of the song you feel most comfortable with.
That's sort of what I'm doing. Since COO and Up! (and Party for Two) have more than one version, I'm listening to each version and I rate them, which one I rate highest will be the one I send in.
Like, I rate the green version of Getcha Good a 9, the red a 10, and blue (yes I'm rating blue for fair game) a 6. What I'd do is send in the red version b/c I rated it higher.
And if I want, when it gets eliminated (not right choice of word but I'll stick w/ it), I'll tell what I rated the other versions.

Rates are A LOT easier for participants if all of the results are sent to one person. If it comes down to it, stereo can make the thread and whatnot and tell people to PM their scores to me. I would've hosted myself, but I'm too busy with school to give it my full attention. I don't mind keeping track of people's scores though. That's the easy part.

The etc. was the one I was having trouble deciphering b/c I was like oh lord, I forgot about the non-album ones, I thought "well **** what should be included."
I didn't want you getting overwhelmed by having 60+ tracks being sent to you and having to average them considering school and the fact of the TNAs you're hosting.
