Not even when hell freezes over. Style is good but not Teenage Dream level. Not even California Gurls or Last Friday Night level. Maybe E.T. level, at best.

Um that's hardly the case since Taylor basically recorded her entire album listening to Teenage Dream.
It's funny because One Of The Boys ha real honest ablum is actually her lowest rated on Metacritic (and it's not like her other scores are hard to beat)
Because a lot of songs on One Of The Boys are unremarkable and quite frankly horrible in quality. If you weren't a fan it'd be hard to listen to some of the songs. Its Metascore is still too low, though. All of her albums should have +10.

One of the Boys is obviously Katy trying to make her own Jagged Little Pill but it falls SO flat. Sub-My December tier.
PRISM and Teenage Dream are far better, though I wouldn't really call either of those "good," either. Katy has a tendency to create one or two transcendentally amazing songs per album and the rest is pretty eh and filler-ridden. PRISM's fillers are somewhat more listenable than either of her other two albums' fillers.
