Why are these two trolls bringing up Gaga?! We know gaga is incomparable to Madonna, she for once would have to had sold as much albums/records as Madonna has and of course be a Touring force not a declining one after only her 4th tour.
It’s highly unlikely that Madonna will look back at this winter with any warm memories.

But the topic question is why Madonna still matters.M has the passion, willpower and talent that makes her the most successful female singer of ALL TIME. Mariah and Britney have faded into local niche performers because they both have lost the drive and talent (one of them had no talent to begin with). It is a stale excuse to just say that they "seem to like the idea of performing in one place rather than touring". Well, that's why they chose to lose relevancy in pop culture and will always be tiers below the Queen of Pop.

Why would any artist want to have to jet around the World, taking countless red-eye flights, transporting thousands of pounds of equipment, stage props, etc., just to make the exact same dollars they would by taking the stage twice a week in vegas If I were Britney, I would choose Vegas over a World tour any day. The money is the same if not better, and it's 1000x less exhausting and draining.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. How can Madonna fans scream about how legendary she is but still need constant validation? Madonna is the Queen of Pop and a legend. If I stanned her, I wouldn't possess a single ounce in insecurity and I wouldn't feel the need to constantly attack other women to validate her position.

Nah, she's been the most talked about girl in pop for the past two months thanks to the Grammys, Oscars, AHS, Stevie Wonder tribute, and Sting tribute.
When you listen to other Madonna albums like Erotica or Ray Of Light yeah this is ******, but if you compare it to what's been released by her peers at this moment is amazing

Ot, the quality of Madonna's music has gone down, MDNA and Rebel Heart can't ever be compared to her classic albums, but there's no denying that she really knows how to stay in the spotlight, and she really outlasted so many others female artists.
