That's your problem tho, you being uncomfortable because someone else is different than you, doesn't mean your feelings get precedents
But your argument comes from the trans woman being in the women's locker room making other women "uncomfortable", and I'm pretty sure there are still lots of guys out there who would be "uncomfortable" with gays using the same bathroom as them.
