Real talk, I did think I was light skinned until I joined ATRL. I didn't know the spectrum included biracials. That's cheating! I remember one art class lesson, I was roasting some cocky mixed race bully, and his grand comeback was "At least when I turn the light off, I can still see myself" And he was dead ass serious. This guy literally destroyed everyones self-esteem in our year group, and that's the best he could do for me. And of course I was unfazed and confused because I saw myself as light skinned
Dead you didn't even look close to dark enough to get a "can't see in the dark" joke in those pics I saw.
Am I the only one who thought R. Kelly's songwriting became a bit of a pisstake sometimes? Like, some of those sentences were way to long and jammed, it sounds comedic.
