Britney Spears is Caucasian and attractive, she's allowed to be ghetto and still be admired by millions around the world; it actually even adds to her appeal. Spears is lucky she's not black and ugly like Mo'Nique, Nicki Minaj, half the R&B industry, and Iggy Azalea, otherwise she'd be trashed all the time for her ghettoness.
