Before the Emancipation era, I was soo nervous but excited. I never doubted Mariah's ability to reign again, I just had no idea she would SLAY as much as she did. I still have some old emails from her website from back in the day. I also remember some messageboard postings too.
Btw, for anyone interested in reliving some of what was going on right before THE EMANCIPATION, MariahDaily still has is archives up with news bits from those days. I dont know why we hadn't posted some of those things here before but it really gives a sense of what fans were feeling back then and what the media was talking about.
