U Got It Bad, Burn, Yeah! & You Make Me Wanna... are all bigger and iconic, memorable songs that still get references everywhere.

Usher might be local, but he's targeted the US consistently and he's got WAY more classics and iconic records/moments than Rih.

His cameo on Naughty Girl is more memorable than some of Rih's #1's. Try again.
