I imagine similar to how Britney's kids will feel when the Britney stans their "#FREEBRITNEY!" campaign finally comes through and Death is given her adult rights, only to end up skipping her medication and fall off the wagon again, and they end up having to be the ones to regulate her allowance and bedtime.
