Wait, I like this. She has a knack for pop songs. It reminds me of New Romantics a little, but I would love every song to sound like New Romantics, so that's hardly a criticism

It isn't another CMM, but she didn't need one. This is great, and more than enough.

I think it's fairly obvious based on what Scooter originally said about the song that they made this song as 'Call Me Maybe 2.0'

Definitely not a bad thing though.

No, it lacks a hook for me. I listened to all I need to. The pre-chorus nor opening lines of the chorus does anything for me in the way that CMM and other catchy songs do.

I mean, it is not a bad song but you know when the track sounds too forced because it's too 'dum dum dum' I mean, it's too 'tailormade' to be a Call Me Maybe 2.0.

It is easy on the ears, even though it is incredibly childish. I'll be curious to see how this fares
