Making them all wear the same school uniform and discrediting their human rights whilst they're in campus =/= tougher or better education.

And Europeans do hate Americans. They love Canadians (which is funny bc tbh Canadians and Americans are one in the same).
The racism in Europe is way worse than it is over here (Canada/US) but I think that just has to do with the fact that there simply aren't alot of races over there. North America is a melting pot with substantial amounts of many different cultures.

The UK does have a better education system than the U.S....in general.
The absolute best schools in the world are in the US. But there are tons of absolutely terrible scholls here too whereas even the "bad" schools in the UK are still pretty good. And the UK has its fair share of the worlds best (Oxford, Cambridge).
