Kill The Lights is the best choice if they want a SMASH, big SALES and great AIRPLAY. Unusual You may be a fan fave (don't know why?) but it would not get any Airplay and I certainly can't see it doing well in US + UK. Kill The Lights is more catchy, and is deff. a better song.
IMO, people only began liking Unusual You after Jordan (BreatheHeavy) brainwashed people into liking it by posting hundreds of posts about it saying it should be the 4th single blah, blah, blah. Most people hated it when the album came out.
If her management have any sense, they will leave the leftover and breatheheavy *****d song, and go for the smah hit "KTL".
Unusual You and Lace and Leather should be released in June at the same time. One has a furturistic/angelic feel to it; the other has a laid back, funky and classic vibe. These are two of the most unique and hottest songs on the album. I've had enough of songs that sound similar!!! IMO, If You Seek Amy is mainly buzzworthy because of it's "controversial" title and similar melody to 38572839854 songs that are already out.
Kill the Lights sounds like an ok song ...up until the chorus.
He bases everything on buzz and gossip.
It would be #1 but idt it should be released soooo Unusual You it is. Kill The Lights gets so damn clawing after the 1st chorus.
