The fact that being in Korea made me pay less attention to kpop than when i was in the states. Literally no one talks bout the artists, no one cares except crazy fangirls. Seoul is dirty as **** yet everyone looks very similar and is super fashionable as they waddle through trash covered streets.
They are far less racists than Jongshic tried to make them seem. Volunteered at an orphanage with a bunch of other people and the korean kids were so adorable and so much fun even with the language barrier of playig connect 4 and fooseball and puzzles and them stealing all my pocky and suckers.
The food is so good. Watch out for street vendors and ammo bowls and soju slushes are a lot of fun but ot good either.
This pilgrimage enlightened me to so many new things.
