The album packaging is done (shot last December in Paris), that's a proven fact. Rihanna even revealed 1 pic from the album shoot 7 days ago.
The album has a release date, RDaily's founder said it, she's never wrong, and it's obvious at this point.
And no, this tour is NOTHING like TMT, I doubt Rihanna would bother touring 30+ stadiums in Europe with no new music (except 3/4 new songs) when she has a new album coming up; doesn't even make sense. Having Kanye on the R8 tour is no surprise since he executive produced the album and is featured on the 1st single.
Booking such huge stadiums in Europe and in so many countries is not something you do every 6 months or even every year.
