I have to say, the first time I heard "Take Me", I didn't really think it would work for Adele, but now I can totally see her singing it. It'd be a little different for her but it would still fit her quite well! It's got an upbeat feeling kind of like "I'll Be Waiting" or Cece Peniston's "Finally" (which she covered in like, 2008 or 2009, I think?). But yeah, I really like it! Damn.... I might as well just buy all of Paloma's discography now!
I have to say that I'm quite fond of her acoustic performances. I'm considering stanning if I like the other the stuff I hear from her. I don't think she can top "Only Love Can Hurt Like This", but "Agony" and "Leave While I'm Not Looking" are FANTASTIC, too. She's so talented.
We know she has definitely been working on it in LA over the past couple months, though, so that's promising.
