He's done. I can see Gaga having a comeback before him. Too sad the biggest pop stars of 2010 faded away and had to resource to demage control and image change to appeal to the masses again. But Bieber is really done, his core of fans don't use him anymore they abandon him for 1D who are actually more likable and humble than him. Yes local, it is. Played in every tv show and radio around the globe and still is only #1 on the US and top 10 in a few major markets. That's local to me. For the exposure its having it should be #1 everywhere ala Get Lucky.
