Not necessarily. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the others did it. Annalise is such a bad influence.
Wes comes off weird and low key crazy so I wouldn't be surprised if it's time. I could see this eventually leading to Wes becoming the new Frank and Annalise has Wes "take care" of Frank if he gets out of line. It needs to hurry up and be fall. I need season 2 like now.
I think that technically, Sam did still kill Lilah. And I think Rebecca deserved it for what she did to Rudy, cause you could argue that what she did to him is worse than death. Plus her actions in the last episode(s) shows she was a terrible person who I believe didnt really love Wes.
When Asher asked if they were lesbian lovers, she didn't deny it.
