So? Back before My Everything became a laughing stock for flopping with so much promotion, people were doing the same for Stars Dance. Bitch performed at EVERY TV spot, was booking billboards all over the world to plaster her album's release, performed songs from the album many months after it came out, and had major payola for the album's two singles.
Not Ariana's fault that My Everything wasn't crap and had more than two songs that were destined to become popular. It's still embarrassing, but the point stands.
