I don't blame Rihanna herself for TTS not going Top 10. The song has been barely been promoted anywhere besides a couple of news article. There's no mention of it on the iTunes front page or anything, as far as I know.

But most importantly, there's not a lot of hype for the HOME movie, so it's not like people were checking for a song from that soundtrack outside of hardcore Rihanna Navi.

I think TTS's #37,#36,#38 positions are purely based off current sales, I think Tuesday's sales haven't been tracked yet, which is why it's stuck at a fixed position in most countries
