Anyway, she doesn't even have to have a guitar to command the stage. PTB at the CMTs is a great example. An energetic upbeat performance where it was just her, the stage and a microphone, and she KILLED IT. And dancers and gimmicks can be used the right way, IKYWT, and SSN, but when there are so many in one performance, it's the spectacle that overrides the actual artist. It was as if she wasn't even there
Plus, what the **** was the purpose of the headset microphone?? She was only walking and pointing at the dancers on stage. And even just watching while they were doing some kind of "magic trick". I just don't get it. I'm ****ing pressed. If you're going to have a spectacle as a show make sure your energy can back it up gurl. Here's to hoping the 1989 tour will be less calculated I guess
