The next album release timing will have nothing to do with the show, she will work on both things at the same time and once the show has ended, she will release the album. She won't release the single the same night an episode is being aired, being the premiere or the season finale.

The fact that we can enjoy "Gaga" on AHS while her music/promo image remains flawlessly Stefani...

So you agree that timinig will matter if she will release the album after the show ends?

Of course she can work on both things but I'm very sure she can't travel around the world and promote the album if she has to shoot and as far as I know they usually shoot about 6 months starting in summer.
