It is a stereotype associated with a particular hairstyle not a race of people which is why I dont find it racist.

But the issue comes when Giuliana said Kylie Jenner looked great and edgy with her dreads a few months back.
Also if you watched the actual episode, you would know Giuliana said Zendaya smelled of weed and the patcholi (sp?) oils. Not the hairstyle itself, but ZENDAYA herself. That's why this is an issue, it's not solely about hair, this is about race.
Regardless, Giuliana apologized and Zendaya got praised by relevant people who actually matter for her career's future so, everyone can move on now.
What if they actually do?
