Nah. I don't agree with that part. She's barely a secondary character. I would be really disappointed if it was her. Even Wren would be better than CeCe imo.

This is a tad off-topic, but, does anyone know what the "I." in Marlene King's name stands for?

I'm assuming it's her real first name that she chooses to not to go by, but it's still weird that she includes it in front of Marlene.

Um.. Alison only got 2 messages without -A signing then. "I'm watching you." And the message "it's my turn to torture you" sent with a creepy doll. After that, every message is signed by A. (from the season 2, Halloween episode, "The First Secret".)

EDIT: There were also other messages not signed by A, but were sent after A began signing them. I'm assuming they were from that -A as well. Is it possible that there were two persons that were torturing Ali back then?

It could have been Bethany who came from Radley. Remember, there's a scene where they show someone staring at the DiLaurentis house from a far, and Bethany's sketchbook had a clear idea of what the house looks like.

I think it was Mona who was spying on Alison inside the costume shop and she sent the voodoo doll.

d I was writing about the person who attacked Ali inside the abandoned house and honestly, it's easier to conclude that Mona was the one wielding a chef's knife at Alison. It can't be Bethany, because Bethany thought that CeCe was Alison, and it can't be CeCe either, because I'm sure Queen C had other things to do on Halloween, and that didn't include trying to murder a 13 year old.

Come to think of it, CeCe and Eric Kahn were friends. Was she at the same Halloween party? Maybe it was her.
