I'm still dying at all the acclaim for the performance. All over the news here in Australia they've been saying that Gaga was the highlight of the night.
I already posted this in the blog a few weeks or so back but her Lush Life is genuinely one of the best recordings of the song. She adds so much character to it and her phrasing is fantastic.

Where do you think she's gonna go next with her music? I'm so excited
I don't know if I'm the only one, but I feel as though Gaga should release an uplifting anthem for her lead single, something that HAC and AC radio would eat up. Nothing too loud and noisy, but distinctively Gaga. I guess TEOG is the best example
I feel as though that would be the best career move for her, because she'd continue winning over a lot of the music buyers

Anyone else agree/disagree?
I feel the same way. Something that's different from her electronic dance sound, but something people will still want to listen to
nnnn GaGa's top Tumblr is being a little shady but that last paragraph is so unexpected. It could not get any better unless they decided to release the song she did with Diane Warren right now.
Ugh, imagine if they surprise release the song on the day the film premieres. If the song's as good as people have been saying, she could ride the Oscar hype wave and the song could get the attention it needs for an Oscar nomination next year.

Does she really have a chance now to get invited to perform at the Superbowl? I mean, with akl those praises she's getting now and toning down her antics. I really want her to perform at the Superbowl HT show
Contrary to popular belief, snatching the SBHT spot is more about connections than it is relevancy. If Gaga wants it, I feel Bobby and LiveNation could snatch it.

Please Gaga put your performance on Vevo and include the scene with Julie and SO
That's up to ABC. They might wait for the hype to die down before handing over the footage to be uploaded. They want those ad dollars at the moment.
I've got to say though....These "We like this Gaga and not the rah rah rah ah ah pop gaga" type of comments are really bugging me. Bitch... rah rah rah gaga sold 100 million records. People like that gaga and this new side of gaga...but guess what, there's only ONE Gaga, they are both equally valuable sides to her and is what makes her unique. People would have never guessed after watching the Just Dance video 7 years ago for the first time, that she would go on and be able to do something as immaculate as this. She's allowed to evolve, how about you appreciate her as an evolving artist instead of insulting her past work that was obviously loved just as much

That would be lovely. Queen is engaged and in love. Something feel good would be great.
I pretty much want an urban/funk mid-tempo with ear grabbing hooks and lyrics that emote well with someone other than Lady Gaga. I believe she needs something that doesn't automatically date itself, which was a major problem with her last solo effort.

I understand Wendy. GaGa has a really beautiful voice. Like, really. And people simply wish she'd use her voice like Adele or Sam Smith & not over dance-pop / EDM songs.
There's a reason why so much people realized how talented GaGa was: It's because they never had the occasion to see GaGa slaying like that. Because when you think of a pop girl that makes EDM / pop dance, you don't necessarily think of a girl with a natural beautiful voice.
When you think of Susan Boyle (using Wendy's example) you know damn well that woman has a strong & beautiful voice.
