Like if I sleep the normal 8 hours it's fine but if I sleep like 10 hours then I wake up feeling terrible
I had 3 days this week with 4hrs of sleep and woke up normally, then last night I got 10.5 hrs and woke up like I had been hit by a train. I was soooo sleepy
