I'm not surprised, nor am I expecting anything to change at this point in time. She needs to solidify a base for herself, before she can properly get into things, I'm sure Scooter wants the same thing too. Too risky = more chances somethings won't go as planned.
I can imagine her international debut will be pretty simple in terms of everything, at least for her first era, the more success she shows, the more creative she can be.
I was under the impression it was a mini for some reason.
