Plenty of acts were openly hostile to Reagan in the '80s, including Madge herself (e.g. 'Papa Don't Preach' @ the Who's That Girl tour) and ESPECIALLY in the punk/alternative/hardcore scene - Black Flag, Sonic Youth, Fugazi, etc. He's one of the most reviled figures in rock music, much like both Bushes after him.
I'm not that knowledgeable about rock so thx. Maybe it's just my upbringing and where I live but I've seen people do nothing but praise Reagan as if he were one of the greatest men that have ever lived.
