I except Stevie to give Bey advices regarding her musical direction... she better not go POP or simple R&B; I want some depth right here....neo soul, afrobeat, funk, hip hop....

Prince, one of her biggest idols, already gave her advice about learning piano & other instruments to expand her artistry
I'm a bit pressed that she didn't take his advice but it looked like she took the time to hone her vocals so I can't complain

Bey is going to do POP trust me. I will not be the kind of POP katy does tho. It's going be POP, Tribal and Dancehall infused. Standing on the Sun is kind of a preview.

People always make me laugh when they say Bey isn't diverse but yet Freakum Dress is classed as R&B, funk, DANCE POP and Hip-hop. It has all those elements.

there's no link between the quality and the chart position though #RIP Freakum Dress, Ring The Alarm, End Of Time... are the kind of fusion I except from her but more with the 4 genres I cited: afrobeat, funk, hip hop and neo soul. the Ex Factor cover shows that she'll slay Neo Soul.

Am i the only one who wants her to experiment with Sweet Dreams and Radio like sounds for her next album? I want her to go so pop like she never went before. But not like Katy perry pop, like Madonna in the 70s/80s. Also wouldn't mind an album full of Ghost/haunted, XO and Mine too

I don't want her anywhere near sweet dreams' sound again.

But if she did release anything close to a Drum & Bass record like Radio I'd be down. She's just so beyond that at this point.
