At the end of the day, Beyonce will be adding 3 more Grammys to the shelf followed by everything going away. Y'all will be back to asking "Beck, who?" in a couple of days. Kanye, in typical fashion, will be talked about for a few days, but soon this will go away, just like what he did at the VMAs to Taylor. Next year, we will all be back to doing the same thing, but with different artists. I'm sure of it with R8 supposedly coming out this year. Good ol' wash and repeat cycle.

Y'all are calling him a 'vile human being' / 'waste of oxygen' like he's Hitler. It's never that serious. He's just a man passionate about equality. Y'all are always complaining how celebrities are fake how you 'don't want to see some propaganda version of them' but as soon as you see one, you all complain because YOU don't like the truth. What he's saying is messy, but it's the cold truth. It's much bigger than 'Beyoncé should've won'. He is passionate about his race, he's passionate about music. I mean, look at his talent. But yet he's overshadowed plenty of times by being labelled or by other artists. Your whole career, imagine you've never won against a white person with THAT kind of talent. It's not Beck's fault but Kanye has seen this happen over the course of 21 Grammys - he knows what happens behind the scenes and we are barely the audience. Stay bitter.

No, its not the truth. It's his opinion. And its incredibly rude and disrespectful to say Beck should "respect artistry and give his award to Beyonce", acting like he wasn't worthy and should have not accepted it. That's so ignorant and rude. Nothing about race or equality has come up because that's not the issue at hand.
As far as "he knows what happens behind the scenes", there are plenty of rants of his from past years' award shows where he specifies why he's angry, and it all comes back to him having a huge ego.

If I had to make his top 6 albums it would be:
Odelay
Sea Change
Mutations
Midnite Vultures
Guero
Modern Guilt
That being said, he has one of the best discographies ever, Morning Phase was an 8 to me and the album I liked the most in the AOTY category. You guys/girls keep weighing in impact this and impact that, but at the end of the day this isn't important and Kanye shouldn't have said **** about Beck needing to respect artistry, the man writes and composes albums on his own while Beyonce has help from multiple people.
tl;dr - It's not that serious, get over it.

I read through this entire post before I commented and there's tons of ppl in here saying that it's a race thing, when it's not. Both bey and beck are talented artists and he won over her and if ppl want to be mad about that then cool. But to make this into some race **** is a disservice to both of them.
