It's not flopping but it's not smashing either. It's doing okay on iTunes but should be doing better since it's not on Spotify. Also it will chart badly worldwide because it's not on Spotify. A lot of people probably don't even know it exists because it's not on Spotify.
I think her team believes the GP will fall in love with FourFiveSeconds after the Grammy's like what happened with Stay. I expect the song to be on Spotify next week. Will rise to the Top 10 right after.
Will have a hard time topping Uptown Funk though. I don't think it will go #1 but it will do well.
