Did you guys know Bey was supposed to be on The Crying Game instead of Jessie Ware?
I love Bey, but Jessie's voice is perfect for that.

Pop Girl stans who's knowledge likely doesn't go 'outside of the Nicki Minaj album they downloaded on 4Share' (quoting Latch's iconic signature) sound quite funny and tend to embarass themselves when they talk about R&B/Hip-Hop influence, quality, impact, and etc. Things like Timberlake, Azalea, and Rihanna get thrown into conversations on the R&B/Hip-Hop community, and it's just embarrassing. But as you said, you have a right to voice your opinion + look a mess. Continue.

No. The difference is R&B stans are so confident in their opinions that they won't discuss them and would rather use those embarrassing quotes from stanwars (probably the most embarrassing failure on the internet). I went through an R&B phase in 2011. Thank God it's over, but I still keep up with all sorts of music. It's just that I don't like/look down on R&B. It's a matter of preference.
And Justin T. is widely loved and adored by the R&B crowd, so I don't know why you're acting as if I'm praising Nick Jonas or something. Usher (this decade) and Chris Brown (lol) don't live up to him.

Part of me wishes Bey was on it so it would be a single, but yeah Jessie is too perfect. No one could replace her on it.

Does your iTunes have it listed as 'The Crying Game (feat. Jessie Ware)' sometimes, but when you click, it changes back to the original 'The Crying Game'?
Idk if that's some kinda bug if where I first bought it that it was the latter, and it's trying to change to the former.

She wasn't originally credited on the song in iTunes. She just gained credited last month, so if you uncheck the song in iTunes and re-sync it it should stay like that.

JT is liked somewhat, but nowhere near enough to be the 'defining R&B artist of this decade'. It's a reason nobody has co-signed this or even thought of bringing it up.
He had 1 year of success this decade. It was strongly based on Pop Radio + Pop Audience. He only had 1 single from 'The 20/20 Experience' go even Top 10 on Urban Radio. So to say 'he deifned R&B' when in reality, radio only picked up 1 song from his this decade, and his 'defining' was finished within 9 months is an insult to R&B.
He doesn't define R&B especially, because nobody is working with Timbaland in 2015. Timbaland is 2007. He defines nothing in R&B today, and neither does Justin Timberlake. One year, or one hit for that matter won't change it. It's silly to suggest it, let alone discard artists who've had 10-20+ hits in R&B this decade over someone with literally 1 R&B hit. We've discussed it.

The city is our playground tonight
We're gonna be like gangsters tonight
We don't give a damn if it's wrong or right
Lighten up, we won't have no regrets
I'll make this the best night of your life

Once again you're talking chart-wise. JT goes beyond that.
And R&B doesn't interest me enough to go on some more, so let's just agree to disagree. I like Usher too.
