The only other male even in the running is Usher, but I would say Chris' presence in music on R&B formats has been stronger than Usher's for the past 5 years. He's a garaunteed hitmaker on urban/rhythmic and has gotten several Top 10s as well (w/ LAMN being the biggest of them all).

And Trey lags far behind either of them. Besides them, I can't think of any other possible names.
