This song isn't different even for Rihanna. As if she hasn't sung on AC radio fodder such as "California King Bed," "Stay" or "Unfaithful." Paul McCartney adds that "credibility!1!" that those other songs didn't have. I'm not a big fan of Rihanna's voice, particularly on these stripped down songs, though. So, that could be it for me.

Eric Church: I'm a child of the Nineties, so I've always loved Eminem — always thought he's a poet. But Iggy Azalea just jumped right off the radio for me. A lot of rap feels like it's become a little bit predictable to me, but her album was refreshing.

Right, but Iggy is certainly no better. "Fancy" was practically a rip-off of Mustard. There's no way someone listened to The New Classic and thought it was 'refreshing', especially not next to Common's socially-conscious album or Childish Gambino's play on alternative rap.

I can't stand that bitch Azealia and think she should lay off Iggy, but her point is being made now. Why would they ask a country singer about the rap field?

Iggy IS trash but what I think he's saying is that she honestly is doing something different (albeit it's horrible)
